I think it's fair to say that a lot of Fedor's top wins were against some tough, but pretty one dimensional guys, so below are his notable wins. Who out of that bunch do you think is the most well rounded? As of now I would go with Werdum, but he hadn't developed his kickboxing yet when he beat Fedor.
I would have to say that it's a toss up between Arlovski and Big Nog. While I think Nog was a more effective fighter and had good hands I think Arlovski is more well rounded giving his Sambo background.
Renato Sobral
Semmy Schilt
Heath Herring
Kazuyuki Fujita
Antonio Rodrigo Nougeria
Mark Coleman
Mirko Filipovic
Matt Lindland
Mark Hunt
Tim Sylvia
Andre Arlovski
Fabricio Werdum
Antonio Silva
Dan Henderson
Pedro Rizzo
Jeff Monson
Matt Mitrione
Ricardo Arona
