Who uses weider mega mass here? whats the difference between the 2000 and the 4000?

What are the benefits of mega mass? Can it make my body fat higher?

Chances are, no one.

Step 1. Find both supplements on a supplement website (eg for sale). (possibly using a new fangled invention called 'google'.

Step 2. Compare supplement information from both the 2000 and 4000.

Step 3. Evaluate Result.

probably more sugar, a lot of these "weight gainers" get their high carb count from sugar, so be careful. I have never tried that brand, but wanted to at one point because i think it's cheaper? Anyhow you can make your own gainer pretty easily, just get a low carb whey protein blend, then add milk, banana's, natural peanut butter and yoghurt. Subtract ingredients until you get the calories you need. it's much better for you, and you'll put on better weight.

lol How about the difference is, 2000 calories.

Man, I have always envied people who want to gain weight. The simple answer, eat more!

All kidding aside, your better off making your own shake. There are several great recipes you can find on the board, but my personal favorite is:

1 Glass Whole Milk
3 Scoops ON Chocolate Protein
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
Total Cals: ~700 give or take
Total Protein: ~80grams

A quick google reveals this link, which has a huge sidebar listing the detailed nutritional info. and ingredients:

Where do they get those #'s though? I looked it up out of curiosity and the mega mass 4000 contains around 1640 calories per 3 cup serving. (Of which ~550 comes from sugar) Where the hell do they get the 4000 from? Not to mention there's only 10 of those servings in a 10# container that retails for around $75, but you can pick up at BB.com for $53.
