Who the hell fights the winner of Punk/Gall?

Does the UFC sign more welterweights with less than 5 fights to fight either of them or will they match them up with someone with 5-10 fights that's already on the roster?

Michael Graves is 5-0, currently on the roster.
Brian Melancon is 7-3, currently on the roster.
*Vernon Ramos is 3-1, currently on the roster.

I don't think CM Punk is ever going to fight. I think he enjoys walking around too much pretending to be a UFC fighter without ever having to fight. He sucks. He's terrible at real fighting. He knows this. But he's going to try to drag out the charade for as long as possible. He's one more "injury" away from finally ending it. Dude is a joke.
