He's going to MW.
Still a big name, would be a huge guy for that division.

who do you want him to face?

My pick Tim Kennedy.
He's coming from a long layoff.
Has a win Vs the current champ.
Big enough name.

Thought?

Bisping.

Just kidding. Yoel

He should face retirement... He's taken too much damage throughout his career.

Dude is obviously a good coach and does a nice job as an analyst so maybe he should begin focusing full time on those... wheres Joe Rogan when you need him!?!?!? o_O

well i think the ufc prob noticed hes at the end of his career - so he can maybe be used to prop up a new talent and pad their resume? pick your favorite at MW - if he wins that fight, give him a contender fight at MW - hes got name value and prob is more than just a commodity fighter, esp given his role on fox etc.

He should face the mirror

When was the last time he looked great....

And I like Rashad, I just don't want him to end up not remembering where his house is or forgetting if he ate lunch etc

Hope he decides to retire and move into commentating etc...

He looks like he will have the after effects of MMA much sooner than later ....

Shad vs Kennedy sounds good to me.

Moving to MW adds a few more years to Shad's career imo.

I'm worried for him.

If he gets planked again next fight it may be time to hang em up

Whittaker or moose. I guess if Kennedy is back in the mix that makes sense too.

unless hendo gets a title shot, i want rashad, hendo, shogun, lyoto, and rampage in an endless tournament that dosnt end until they all retire.

Any of them losing to anyone thats not a legend hurts to much

why are you clowns so infatuated with non active fighters / cheaters like tim kennedy - schaub too (not a cheater but gets way too much talk compared to his skills) - their constant talking isnt completely worthless i guess

This is about four years far too late.

He should have dropped to 185 after he lost to Jones. He's been irrevelvant at 205 since, and could have fought Anderson Silva for the title relatively quickly.

But he's just NOW deciding to go down to 185?

Thanks Rashad, no thanks.

I think it will be Tim Kennedy too TS
