I don't know where the internet gave birth to to the idea that he can't, resulting in numorous sarcastic comments, and some youtube videos using 50 cent as asource... the guy who can barely speak right anyway. Or him rereading and rehearsing prompts in a few behind the scenes footage and taking that out of context.

The man is a fucking boxing promotor. There are many written exams that you have to pass in order obtain that license, espicially in US (that includes every state). And if you're an adult yet never guessed that, then you're not that bright:
