If it was that easy then why didn't he do it yet?Jon Jones will run through the HW division.
To be fair lots of those guys are 185ers and guys like shogun and rampage were shells of their former selves, not saying it's not an amazing run and arguably the best but I'd still say there's arguments for fedor's reign and shoguns run until he broke.
I maintain that Jones is overrated. Any fighter with good boxing that can keep it standing can beat him. Gustaffson almost did it. Rumble might be able to if he has developed a gas tank. Cormier's problem is the insane reach disadvantage he has.
I'm sure they are, too. Dc won the strikeforce Grand Prix and jones was clearly superior to him. It would be nuts to assume jones would do poorly against heavyweights. At LHW, you can make an argument that maybe his most dangerous enemy is himself (although Gus and Cormier were very close already and I think Rumble is bad for him).
But when you start talking about moving to HW being a cakewalk, you've moved into full-on delusional fanboy mode.
I'm sure the HWs are all worried about Jones' ground game and chokes.
are you like 5?
You still didn't prove anything, prove he's scared. To you. But I'm not here to do that.
Your not being serious? It's self sabotage due to the stress that comes with the idea of Rumble breaking his face
Prime Van Dam from Bloodsport can beat Jon Jones, because he doesn't need sight to win fights, and since Jon Jones eye pokes are nullified, I see Jones in real trouble.
I think the word you meant is, beatable, has exploitable areas of his game, etc. There is NOTHING overrated about him. He beat EVERYONE.
