I don't think so. Aldo is presently up there with Jones as 1A/1B p4p all-time. His run was absolutely unreal, especially in WEC

Volk needs to face more young lions in their prime. Will be interesting to see what happens going forward with that division. There is a lot of good youth, but they haven't risen up yet

You're viewing things in hindsight. At the time, most of those guys were extremely dangerous & extremely tough, and all top-tier

That's the testament to Frankie's toughness and grit, yet he still clearly slowed down and was schooled and dominated. Lol no Aldo has perhaps the best defenses against leg kicks.
Volk is just on his 2nd title successful defense, he has a long way to go. Very funny with all this recency bias.
