None of them. Just because these guys say they don't take steroids and have cardio that is way above normal for MMA doesn't mean they don't take PEDs. No one ever talks about blood doping or EPO. There are a lot of skinny guys in MMA who absolutely blitz their opponents with cardio. It's probably more beneficial than steroids but no one mentions it.
