Who is the current strongest guy in MMA?

If we confined it to strictly the UFC, gotta be Mark Hunt. He was on that Japanese show with a bunch of other big dudes like Overeem and Bob Sapp and Hunt beasted on everyone.

In the past the strongest was probably Bob Sapp. There's videos of him easily beating Fedor and Overeem at arm-wrestling just using pure power.

You can tell he wasn't using any real technique because he then went on to compete against a professional who beat him easily with smaller arms and superior skill.

Sapp is gigantic but there are bigger (heavier and taller) guys competing in WSM events from Scandinavia that are far stronger than him and they're still not as accomplished/strong as Pudz is. Some of these guys are like 430-450 pounds and that's mostly muscle. Pudz is one of the strongest men in history, nevermind in MMA.

Pudz and there is no one that comes close. His strength is damn near supernatural even compared to the greatest of all-time power lifters.

Also can't forget about those wrestlers like Matt Hughes, Kevin Randleman, Brock Lesnar and Gray Maynard.

Latifi must be one of those guys even if he is fighting in the 205 division. He got the build and is very explosive. Prime Ubereem must've been stupid strong overall. Lesnar and Carwin as well, even though both have stopped fighting.
