who is the best super heavy weight

    Who is the best super heavy weight in gi and nogi Bjj that big guys can base there game around

    I would say develop your own game because everyone is different but if you want SHW Werdum has mad skills.

    Also you can't forget Roger who has got the basics down to such a level that he can still do whatever he wants to the top guys in the world.

    best in gi is def roger without a doubt. no-gi id probably still roger, but i havent seen him compete since 07

    if you stick to his game all you need to know is the basics like the poster above me said

    depends what you mean by SHW.
    -Werdum and big mac were ultra heavyweight/pesadissimo+99kg
    -Roger is super heavyweight/super pesado/-99kg (except that 2008 Mundials)


    he probably hasn't seen it in years either.

    2007 big mac vs romulo, rom pulls butterfly, sweeps big mac over, big mac retains 1/4 guard. rom cross collar choke from top side 1/4 guard. i now stand corrected, i have seen guard played by big mac.
