GSP (Well rounded, Great Resume, Held titles in different weight classes, Revenged his only two losses, Dominated most guys)
Jon Jones (Great Resume, 13 title defenses.Well Rounded)
Anderson Silva ( Longest title run in UFC history, Almost looked untouchable in his prime)
Connor Mcgregor (He brought lots of newer fans to the sport)

I would say Royce Gracie (first UFC tournament winner), GSP (in my opinion one of the first highly skilled all round mixed martial artist), Ronda Rousey (not a truly great fighter but paved the way for all female fighters in the UFC) and Fedor (probably the greatest heavyweight ever)

Anderson because the dude seriously looked like he was in the matrix back in the day. He made it seem like mma had reached a new level
Khabib for the absolute dominance of his grappling. I would seriously be in awe watching him.
