Who would you want him to face ?

Yair would make sense just for Zabit to show who is who and get into the rankings ? Or do you want him to face a wrestler that pushes the pace, to see if his sambo is enough to handle it ? By next year he will be in the title picture for sure.

1) He definitely looks like a contender
2) Yair fight would be fun but will not really test Zabit’s wrestling
3) Maybe Bermudez? Solid (not great) wrestling, but a good test, and a veteran with experience.

Bermudez would be a test but he is on 3 fight loosing streak and bit ranked. I don't think that at this moment this fight makes sense.

Yeah, can't think of a better fight and for both guys. Would be a good name on zabit's record or would be a hype train stop that gets Yair back on the mix. Not speaking of their skills whoch match perfectly for it to be a barn burner. This could main event a fight night too, in Russia or Mexico

Didn’t realize Bermudez was on such a downslide. I want to say Bektic or Elkins, but I don’t want 2 potential contenders to derail each other while Aldo or Edgar clog up the title picture.
