As of right now, Khabib isn't a "legend", because he just retire (?).
He'll be looked as a bigger legend in a couple of years, but as of now, I must say Henderson.
But this answer will change in 3 or 4 years top

Henderson. You can't be a legend if you've only been in the sport for 12 years. 12 years ago Henderson was facing Anderson Silva to unify the Pride and UFC belts. And that was half way through his career.

Eh, its tough pick. Hendo has tons of losses but also way more big wins, and to be fair a lot of his losses came from sticking around in the sport well into his 40s.

Khabib was much more dominant and p4p a better fighter though, but him walking away so early sucks.
