Now that the card is complete, who is going to order the first female main event? Yes no, or maybe answers. here's the card:

    Urijah Faber vs Ivan Menjivar
    Josh Koscheck vs Robbie Lawler
    Chad Mendes vs Manny Gamburyan

    Preliminary Card:
    Michael Chiesa vs Anton Kuivanen
    Brendan Schaub vs Lavar Johnson
    Court McGee vs Josh Neer
    Dennis Bermudez vs Matt Grice
    Sam Stout vs Caros Fodor
    Kenny Robertson vs Brock Jardine
    Neil Magny vs Jon Manley

Hendo vs Machida is the only reason I need to purchase the event.

    The other fights are inconsequential.

depends if I have friends coming over. I already am going to order 156 so I'm not going to fork out 130 dollars in one month unless.

As much as I like to watch Rousey fight, I have no interest in watching her dismantle a huge underdog. I won't be buying this one.

    Nope.

As much as I want to see Hendo/Machida (and I really, really do) I'm not forking over that kind of cash for one fight. I couldn't care less about the rest of the card. Mendes/Gamburyan, Koscheck/Lawler, and especially Rousey/Carmouche are the results of awful matchmaking from both Shelby and Silva.

I fully intended on buying this card but i am no longer going to do so since Hendo vs Machida is not the main even most likely making it just a normal 3 round fight...If it had been a non title 5 round main even sure but I think I will be watching this one at the bar since Uncle Dana had to bump Rousey ahead of Hendo Machida

I always order . . . always. But, honestly, to prove a point, I'll probably go to a bar for this one. No way should Rousey/Carmouche be headlining.

I'll probably get it. It's hard to pass up on Dan vs Lyoto, and I'll always be a Faber fan.

Not giving top billing to Lyoto and Dan is egregious, though. It's one of the first times I legitimately fear for the future of the sport.

It'll be on ESPN so I'll certainly watch it. It's a good card imo

you fear for the future of the sport because once or twice a year a women will headline one of the Ufc's 30+ cards?

So many sherdoggers are so overly dramatic.

I'm going to order it. Like usual. I will turn it off for the Rousey fight, though.

    hells no.

this card needs at the very least one more good fight mendes/manvil and kos/lawler jsut dont do it for me. main event is pretty weak, one sided beat down. urijah vs menjivar should be a decent scrap, but is hardly co-main status (i know its not). machida/hendo is the only good fight. and im no pessimist. just a realist.

    Hendo/Machida man...COME ON!

If Dana wants Rousey to gain more fans for the UFC putting it on FX or behind a male title fight on a FOX card would have been smarter hands down

And I will always be a MMA fan and support the UFC but they have made some moves in the last few months and for this coming year that actually does make me fear for their future, they will always be the most successful MMA organization on the planet but if they want to become one of the most successful sports in general they need to make smarter moves...But this is another topic for another thread please don't ask me to explain

If 75% of sherdoggers went to a bar instead of ordering this fight Dana would get that Female sports are not appealing and consumers do not want to pay to see an inferior product.
