Who is confident enough to bet on Jones?

Back when he was younger and finishing off guys like DC, Machida, Vitor etc, I would be super confident betting on him.
But after seeing his lackluster performances recently, and fighting at a higher weight class and 2 year lay off, i have my doubts.

I still think he wins, but its more like 60 percent chance

I’m the complete opposite. I think Jones needs money and he will get beat up so bad and possibly finished. But who is confident enough to make a big bet?
I'll bet you

in sportsbook cash

It would be hard to place a bet on Gane or Jones tbh. After watching Ngannou outwrestle Gane with 1 knee, you never know what Jones will step in there with him.

id bet on jones. hes got the tools to win this. i don’t think ring rust will be too much of a factor. age might, but he’s still not that old.

I will. I will also post my slip when I do.
Jones will win this, and Sherdog will seethe.

but with TS’s desire to make a thread on this topic and stating how bad Jones will get beat up. You state “who is confident enough to make a Big bet on Jones” then state you feel the opposite. Seeing no bet slip in the OP is cowardice imo. @true_fan

What's the over/under on him popping for illegal substances? I'm considering betting on Jones for that.

USADA probably won't even report it and chuck it up to pulsing. Lol

There is no way Jones losses you haters need to stop "Jones will get destroyed" then you willl made 100 tweets to discredit the Win. 100% confident beating in Jon Jones

Jones didnt out wrestle Santos who had 2 bad knees.

prolly wins a decision, likely controversial. Gane not known for finishing dudes and Jones will make sure this is a boring technical striking fight. If Jones lands one TD, he generally wins the round no matter who is ahead of strikes.

Jones should have lost his last two fights but judges made sure that didn't happen. I expect the same for this one. I'll be surprised if there are more than 20 strikes thrown by any fighter in a round.

Gane's only shot is KO or submission both of which are unlikely given Jones defense. Stipe fight would have been more exciting cause at least Stipe would go for the kill.

Yeah, UFC’s bogus judges will make sure Jones wins if it comes to a decision. And if a Reyes-fight-type decision happens and the win is gifted to Jones, I’m done watching UFC. I’ll just watch some other MMA organization instead.

don't waste your time watching the fight. Gane is tailormade for Jones to get a easy decision win. Gane is a boring technical striker with his only KOs on guys like Lewis, JDS, etc. Hell he had a boring decision win over Jairzho.

I’m still going to watch hoping that Gane KOs or TKOs Jones.

I really don't know what the source of this confidence might be. He hasn't fought for 3 years and when he did he looked past his prime and also arguably lost to Santos & Reyes.
