Who here trains their Rotator Cuffs as its own muscle group?

I run a 5/3/1 that consist of Bench/row day, Squat day, deadlift day, and instead of press day its basically rotator cuff day. I do lots of prehab/rehab stuff that the PT guy had me doing. I have had less pain in the shoulders from this than in a while, also my elbow is fucked so that is saved some too. If I continue lifting without pain Ill add something light for pressing and take it from there. I wish I could go back in time and do shoulder and hip mobility work from when I was a teenager. While I'm at it should have squat and deadlift more back then too :)

I did it when I played baseball. But I had a physical therapist guide me through it to make sure I didnt put much strain and build up throwing arm strength.
