Chael would make my list. He may have done a bunch of trash talking pre-fight, but when he walked out it was all business and he was very stoic. Didn't come out with a huge entourage, wasn't dancing to his walkout music, didn't spend 5 minutes hugging his bro's before getting checked out cageside, he just came to fight.
(Obviously Fedor would make my list too for the same reasons)
