Darren Till has really good elbows. Effective and uses great technique.

On the men's side it's Matt Brown, he sneaks in elbows all over the place and when he gets the chance to load one up it's game over.

On the women's side it's either Loma or Joanna. Loma is a clinch specialist who abuses her opponents with knees & elbows and Joanna has rearranged a lot of faces with her elbows. Valentina is likely just as good but she rarely uses her elbows, when she did she had Holly stumbling off the fence and left a nice mark on Joanna's face.
