    1) My personal favorite is the Carpenter Clay Guida. There absolutely is no quit in that guy. From bell to bell he is bouncing around on his toes.

    2) Either Diaz brothers. I have never seen either of them gas and they seem to build up steam as the fight lingers on.

    3) Cain Valasquez, his cardio is legendary, which is remarkable for man his size.

Honorable mention: Roy Nelson, he never stops, just keeps charging forward, which is interesting to see from a fat man. Yes, he does slow down, but he never stops. And while he may slow down, can you imagine how good his cardio must be while carrying all that extra weight. Imagine who good it could be if he was carrying 40 less pounds.

How do you all think has the best cardio and why?

Edit: I totally forgot about Joanna Champion. She is another one who just seems to build up steam as the fight goes on. She really shines during the championship rounds and turns the heat up in the 4th and 5th round.

People shit on Cain's cardio in the Werdum fight, but it wasn't Cain's conditioning - Werdum was beating him in the standup and Cain was pretty rocked. The altitude excuse is complete BS. Cain's conditioning is fine, he was just getting beat up, and his sluggish movement was because he was being outstruck. That, plus the potential adrenaline dump of fighting Werdum whom he hated (for Werdum saying that Cain was American, not Mexican), contributed to his seemingly poor performance. Rather, it wasn't a poor performance by Cain but a good performance by Werdum.

Bisping's cardio has always been pretty solid.

Diego, Frankie, Bisping. They can all keep a good pace to a decision and battle through adversity.

I've been a huge mma fan for nearly 20 years and I can't believe I've never seen Mighty Mouse fight. I've even met him and I still haven't seen him fight. I got to check him out.

Dominick Cruz has an absolutely limitless gas tank. The guy is in constant shifting and dancing motions for 25 minutes.

People talk like he isn't that great because the flyweight division lacks talent, but I would definitely pick him in a super fight with Cruz.

Yeah, I've heard mixed reviews. Everything from he's amazing to he is in a weak division. I guess both could be true.

I know Rogan loves him. He is always singing his praises on his podcast.

Cruz does, I forgot about Cruz. I think because I just don't like his style. To me it's so ugly. But he always wins, so who cares what I think.

In terms of conditioning... I gotta go with Nick and Nate.. and I don't think it is even close... these two have sick, sick, sick cardio.

Since everybody has said a lot of names of current fighters already I'm going to go with a few former ones.

    Randy, Frank Shamrock, and GSP

Those criticisms are irrelevant. It's not like he's fighting the Fredy Serranos of the division.

The first fight he just seemed so outsized. I know it's been a while, do you think he could create a better game plan to be able to offset that size difference in the rematch?

Mark Hominick often goes unmentioned, but I always thought that he had good cardio during his career, even going as far as doing push ups while waiting on the judges decisions.

Haven't seen anybody mention TJ so I'll throw him in the mix. For as aggressive he is with his offense, I've never truly seen him gassed.
The other names already mentioned are all solid.
