Stipe has great cardio. He also set UFC record 361 total strikes when he fought against Mark Hunt on UFC Fight Night 65.
He also looks a little bit tired against Ngannou, but Ngannou is very heavy and working in clinch and taking down guy like him need a lot of energy. But he totally dominate Ngannou.
Against JDS (first fight) I think JDS had a little better cardio than Stipe
On the other hand we have Cormier which has a very good cardio (just watch Cormier vs AJ or other fights
like Cormier vs Gus),
but when he fought against Jon Jones he had a problem in 4th and 5th round.
