Aldo, and it's not really close.

He has almost as many wins in UFC TITLE (!) FIGHTS as Conor has wins in the UFC altogether... if you count WEC, these two numbers are equal...

(+ undefeated for almost a decade, while prime Conor was finished by Nate Diaz...)

Then why did Conor beat him with so easily?

Maybe Aldo was fighting bums till Conor came along?
