Prime Fedor was virtually undefeated if we don't count Kosaka "tko stoppage" back in 2000.
Who handled prime Fedor the best in his 30 win streak?

Fujita was at least able to rock him, Randleman had that neck-breaking slam and everyone else were basically dominated
<Fedor23>is normal

He got clobbered by Fujita. But he dominated.
He got spiked by Randleman. But he dominated.
He fought the best MMA HW BBJ guy at the time, and dominated.
He fought the best MMA HW striker at the time, and won convincingly.
He beat 2 top UFC HW of his era, smoked them within a round, in fact.

Nope, his toughest fight up until his loss to Werdum, was none other than to a former janitor, who's now a homeless man sexually harassing dudes in the restrooms.

Ain't life a funny thing?

Arlovski who is a real MMA fighter. No old school guy or japanese MMA guy. (Sorry I'm not a fan of japanes style).

A lot of people thought Ricardo Arona beat him. That's the correct answer unless you consider that fight pre-prime.

Crazy he got ass rammed 3 times in a row after such a long win streak. <45>

It happens to virtually anyone who fights long enough. It happened to Big Nog, Nelson, Arlovski, Mir (4 losing streak), Cro Cop and so on.. Of course if a guy fights 2 times in 5 years it won't happen. Mark Hunt had 6 losing streak in Pride for example, Overeem had 3. There is no rule, but it happens to anyone who fights often.

TS wants to know the thoughest not the toughest

Just because you lose that doesn't mean you're out of your prime, Werdum made him cry uncle while putting his balls in his face.

Crocop. It was competitive until he broke Mirko's spirit.

Hell of a fight. 2 of the best.

Coleman 1st fight was competitive as well.

Fedor's fight with Nogueira 2 and 3 were probably his toughest fights, and in the third bout he was really gassed by the end of the third round whilst Nogueira looked like he could keep it going for another round. A gassed Fedor is a pretty rare sight, but I think it was a testament to how Nogueira managed to land a lot of good shots on him with his boxing.

Shameful ignorance, Fedor like Nogueira and Cro Cop had accumulated a whole score of injuries in his career, but he wasn't going to complain about it or take 1 - 2 years off. The only injury we really heard Fedor talk about was his broken right hand during the time of the Cro Cop fight with bone fragments floating around in the thumb area, which made it so that he couldn't even grip a water bottle, and that he broke his foot prior to his Mark Hunt bout and had to be seated in front of a punching bag and try to do his conditioning like that for his training camp.

Of course he was going to get sloppy and start losing, I mean he basically changed his whole style to rely on standup when he was such an elite grappler so no doubt his back must have been messed up.

In some of his last fights there is evidence he is out of his prime. In the Arlovski fight, for example, you see he is much slower and goes for a big hit instead of a more complete fight that characterized him.
I believe he had been out of his prime for a little bit before his loses and thats not so uncommon, it happened to A. Silva.
