Who does not waste throwing strikes?

I see so many fighters throw useless jabs and punches without any meaning. I know some would do it to set up things.. but 90% of them is just them not knowing what the hell to do..

Out of the MMA roster, who are the fighters that don't waste their strikes and only throw them to hit the target.

A perfect example is Anderson who rarely throws feelers out there. When he wants to jab, he usually lands etc.

Bj Penn i think also is one other fighter.

Those guys throw everything from point A to point B and connect at a high percentage with damaging power.
