Although at this point and with a couple years off i'm not sure GSP can even beat Woodley

I suspect that if GSP were signing up to fight Woodley for the belt, then that would indicate that Rory is heading to Bellator or somewhere else. Rory may have decided that UFC isn't willing to pay what Bellator is willing to pay for a top UFC guy so he may be gone.
