Tbh it's really a toss up. Both held the lhw belt in the best org at the time. Both have tons of great wins over great competition. Both love to scrap and are super exciting. Two all time greats. I prefer Wandy cause I feel like he did more with less talent but he also juiced to the fucking extreme so....

Wanderlei wrecked dudes and got wrecked himself. Rampage beat some top guys, but I feel like he wasn't disciplined and the result was his sharpest peak was short lived.

Prime Rampage has what it takes to give DC fits. Wanderlei doesn’t.
