Barboza because of the many techniques he use inside one fight... Aldo got power but mostly rely on leg kicks only. Overeem, Donald, Cockhold all got power in their kicks but they don't use it as often as Barboza who got the skills the speed the power and excellent technique.

My vote of course is for LUKE ROCKHOLD. There is no one like him in the MW division when it comes to kicks (and BJJ, counting Maia as a welterweight).
