From a technical perspective I don’t think it gets higher than those guys.

I think he means fighters that are currently active, Cejudo is retired, Khabib just retired and nobody knows exactly what Jones is doing.

LOL none of those guys are even the most technical in their division. Damn no wonder you thought Costa was going to beat Adesanya<36>

Usman, Khabib, Gillespi -- I'm a sucker for heavy top positional grapplers. It's tough to limit to just 3. I tend to also like fighters that fight to their best likelihood of winning such as Leon Edwards; fighters that do what you think they should do to win -- know when to wrestle and know when to strike.

    Khabib for his dominance.
    Khazmat for his hype.
    Tony for his violence.

Lol get out your feelings little guy, When did I think Costa was going to beat Adesanya? There’s a difference between rooting for someone and flat out dismissing their opponent.

Now the topic at hand: who’s more technical than Jones or Khabib in their division?

You can say that MM is more well rounded than CCC but his wrestling and timing on his power more than makes up for that. The dude is elite.

    Recently Izzy, Khabib, and Cejudo.

Jones is an honourable mention, but he's been a touch boring as of late. Khazmat is entertaining, but there isn't much to go on right now. DC's run was fantastic until he hit his limit, as is the case with many of the historic/nostalgia fighters.

Makhachev is more technical than Khabib. He's just nowhere near the athlete

Demetrius is def the more technical fighter specially on defense. And we can't ignore the technique on submissions where it isn't close

Ankalaev is more technical than Bones. Bones defense is ass standing and as far as offensive technique he has some of the worst boxing for a top fighter
