Who are the UFC 200 replacements on deck.

Pretty sure Conor is the on deck guy for either Aldo or Frankie.

Cain who is virtually always injured maybe put at 60 50 at best he fights. .. I would Think Junior.

For DC another member of the world's most dangerous gym ..... a no brainer replacement is Rumble.

Holly is the obvious stand by replacement for the women's fight.

Still don't know the 5th fight yet for the main Card.

He's planning on coming "light and lean" to fight Nate. Not only that, I don't think a champion would ever be a "replacement" in the UFC.

I'd be really, really surprised if Conor was back at UFC 200 after all that's happened and especially as a substitute.

2. JDS is not in fighting shape (he had surgery and need recovery), Mark Hunt is a replacement for Cain/Brown
3. Replacement for DC - Rumble, Replacement for Jones - Glover

No, there are no top 5 replacements, see UFC 197 AND 199

Depends on when the injury is revealed. I am sure Conor will show up with about two weeks notice but I doubt Rumble will take a title fight unprepared.
Any HW could replace Cain or Brown. The second lineup I like more.
