It’s always going to be debatable... but Loma, Crawford, Canelo is a good start.

I think more than 1000 boxers are/ were real A+++ level top in each weight class.
    -------------
    Clinch?
    Fury, Ruiz, Briedis.

Crawford, Loma and Canelo Alvarez. I can't think of anybody better today.

As far as HW’s go, Fury and Ruiz are the most skilled. But compared to the smaller guys, I don’t believe they are top 5.

Canelo is a lock. Lomachenko, Usyk and Crawford are all there to be hit, which they compensate with speed, volume and agression at some point - and it will be interesting to see how they deal with slowing down, especially Lomachenko and Usyk. I like Crawford's adjustments and his ability to switch stances, but so far he's had enough margin over his opponents to show his technical prowess. As mentionned earlier, Chocolatito is a great pick too, especially for his offensive skills. I'd keep these 5 dudes, it's hard to pick 3.

    Yes.
From current HW TOP 10 it think Fury, Ruiz and Povetkin ( of course Mr.Povetkin now is 40y.o, not 32-34 ).

    Current CW guys?
Clinch skills: Briedis, only one alone there. TOP1 in CW.
Sadly the most watchable version of Briedis was Briedis as amateur kick boxer. Beauty.
Form his pro boxing morst watchable were bouts vs Durodola ( beautiful fight ) and Charr.
    ---------
    Striking?
Me liked a lot plenty of guys: Tabiti, Dorticos, Glowacki and Briedis = hard there to tell who is better, I will not judge. All these does hit very hard too.
    -
Yes, Usyk defeated Glovacki and Briedis on cards but his ratio punches throved/ connected was lower in bout vs Briedis.
Usyk is more marketable and nicer to milk cos he was amateur superstar.
I think he is in the same level as Dorticos, Tabiti, Briedis and Glowacki.
Was more lucky and more marketable.
As plus for Usyk: he always was polite and never did shit talks, depsite with this he was able to increase sales and popularity. CW division btw does have at least almost half top guys without rude trash talks etc.

Come on dude, he’s definitely a level above these guys, as he proved by bearing 2 of them. Breidis is better than he looks and is just a hard fight for anyone due to his style, but he result was correct imo.
Usyk easily shut out gassiev, who would beat all of those guys you mentioned. We all saw him dismantle dorticus with ease

I do agree with your point on his marketability though. He looks like a madman, has a wacky sense of humour and is a nice, polite dude. It’s difficult not to like him personally.

Marketing is good stuff: Usyk cleaned clearly everyone with single bout with each and if he beated Gassiev, then he automatically is able to beat any guy that Gassiev had beaten etc.
A.J was finished:D by Ruiz and still he isn't cleaned.

    ---------------------

I compared current CW division and mentioned clinch skills.
Yes Usyk won this bout. This is even better for me because I'm not their fan.

    -
Also, sorry, I don't even care who will win this bout Dorticos vs Briedis for example.
Boxing fans think that anyone worship some No1 or No2 or No3 guy and so on.
    -
I don't fan about guys cos they are top etc. only these that likes me and if I know them.
Yes, more not top10 level guys. ;)
    Others I only analyse.
    :)

Everyone's already said it. Canelo, Crawford, and Loma. Honorable mention to Chocalatito and Shakur Stevenson.

Shakur doesn't have remotely the resume of the other names but the kid is as naturally skilled as they come IMO. My favorite young prospect to watch.
