How can Fedor be HW goat when the majority of his fights were fixed, and when he started fighting non-scripted fights in the US, he lost almost every meaningful fight?

HW - Werdum. people forget how good he looked in his title run and he holds wins over Fedor and Cain. (I'd make an argument for #1 too)
LHW - DC, the man has beat absolute killers and looks great doing it. Wandy had a longer run but had some cans sprinkled in there (I'd vote DC #1 because he's never been caught juicing in his prime)
MW- Weidman? just for beating Silva? his career after that was underwhelming. But he also broke Munhoz and Silva's wills to fight. Nobody has really established themselves as a #2 GOAT yet.
WW- Hughes or Woodley (Woodley faced tougher competition but they were one dimensional so for me it's a coin toss)
LW - Tony/Khabib - Whoever loses, Both guys are showing dominance in LW for longer than we've ever seen and fighting legit LW contenders

FW- Max, busted up Aldo and had a crazy run to the title. (only other guy who's established himself, Volk is close to closing that gap)
BW- Barao, The guy was unstoppable before he ran into TJ, who has gotten suspended during his prime. (otherwise #2 would've been TJ) (Cruz #1)
FLW- Benevidez (MM at #1)

HW has no clear cut choice, but Miocic has some big wins, and could still have more in the future.
LHW: My heart says Liddell because he was the 1st fighter I really rooted for, but Wandy went several years in PRIDE as champion, plus twice beat Rampage who beat Chuck twice.
MW: Henderson is my pick here, but my 2nd pick would be Michael Bisping. 2nd most wins in UFC history and a champion!
WW: Matt Hughes was a dominating champion with wins over prime BJ and fast rising GSP.
LW: Nobody stands out out here, but Frankie Edgar has been good a long time. I can't remember when BJ was good anymore.
FW: I have to go with Holloway. Two wins over Aldo might make HIM the division's alltime great and put Aldo second.
