Who are the best submission artists at LHW, LW, FW, BW, FLW, and WSW?

There are a few divisions where it's pretty widely accepted who the best submission artists are - HW Werdum, MW Jacare/Rockhold, WW Maia, WBW Ronda, but what about the other divisions?

LHW - Jones? hasn't had a sub win in a long time though... or if you want to look outside the UFC maybe McGreary? staying in UFC Glover or DC might be acceptable choices...
LW - Ferguson? Nate?
FW - is it too early to say Pettis? he submitted one of the best BJJ guys there in Do Bronx.
BW - was Faber career wise but hard to say now that he might be past it, maybe Caraway or Sterling?
FLW - leaning Mouse by default
WSW - Rose? people might want to say Gadelha but she doesn't really get subs in MMA...

MW is the best sub artist in mma full stop, and thats damian maia.

LW fergurson is good, nate too for sure.
FW i would have to da bronx even though he got tapped, calf slicer was a thing of beauty.
BW, dammm i always like The Mig torres. just wish things had gone better for him when he came to the ufc.

LHW: Not a division full of submission artists. Despite his striking-oriented approach, Glover Teixeira is still a BJJ black belt with multiple submissions on his records. I will pick him.
LW: Nate Diaz?
FW: I wanna say Oliveira, but Pettis just schooled him when it came to submissions. It might be Pettis
BW: probably Faber, just for sheer numbers
FLW: again, not a division full of submission artists, so it's still Mighty Mouse. Formiga and Reis are more controlling grinders than submission artists.
WSW: Rose Namajunas

Nunes & Tate aren't even in the same world as Ronda when it comes to subs, Nunes only subs people when they're rocked and Tate has 1 sub finish in the UFC.

Amanda is black belt in BJJ and does Ronda know any other submission rather than armbar ?

Very hard to say, all depending on what you're judging it on. Whether it's pure submission artist in MMA going by how many submission wins they've had OR the best Jiu Jitsu players at that weight in general. Either way I'll go for the ones I think are the most dangerous Jiu Jitsu guys in general.
