Interested to hear your thoughts about this, Sherdog. Which division has the most fighters that due to their toughness will most likely fight to decisions?

Either middleweight or welterweight easily. Other than a few of the top tier guys in each division, not many in either have a huge killer instinct factor and or usually end up gassed and lay and praying

I'd say the lower the weight class the less likely for the fight to end in a KO so the more likely to see a decision. I don't see weight being a factor in submissions.

Edit: I misunderstood the question, but my opinion still stands.

The ones that don't gas out after one round. That rules out heavyweight.

If not for Ronda, I'd say that division.

Why not? That's what makes the finishing rate at HW so high.

Lightweight, IMO. The top tier guys at 155 have proven time and again that they can and will beat the hell out of each other for five rounds straight without either getting finished. The LW division has always been ultra competitive, and their toughness as a whole reflects that.

Honestly, Does size and KO power really have anything to do with it?

Like you have these huge muscled HW hitting other huge muscled HW and getting KOs.
But when you have these tiny flyweights hitting other tiny flyweights. Doesn't that size and power kinda equal out? Get what I mean?

Aldo doesn't have a issue KOing people in his weight. So I'm not sure it has to do with smaller weight classes. Perhaps the current talent
