Which was more shocking, Silva or Fitch failed PED test?

I am curious to know, which one shocked you most, Anderson Silva testing positive or Fitch testing positive? It was weird when Silva failed the test but you could chalk it up to the fact that he was a good but not great pride fighter.

Fitch on the other hand seemed so athletic and when he got big in recent years he claimed it was him not being vegan anymore. Then he gets leglocked by Paulharris. To this day he refuses to speak about the PED subject and threatens to walk out of the interview.

Fitch. Not trying to fighter bash, but Anderson's run in the UFC at that age leads more believability to him using than Fitch, who never gave me signs of using unless you look at it from a “everyone's using” viewpoint.

It wasn't officially announced but it is basically understood to be testosterone of exogenous origin and elevated testosterone.

At this point, if you think people haven't used PEDS in the past, present or in the future, I just don't know what to tell you.

So I wasn't surprised in either case.

Fitch was more shocking but only because he was on that whole health food kick. But as fa as athleticism, Anderson was always more athletic than Fitch. Fitch was mainly just really good at holding onto/laying on people for time and lucky he didn't have to face many good wrestlers in the UFC.

But I'm not really surprised when anyone fails a drug test. A lot of guys who never fail a test are taking something at one time or another as it's usually easy to beat those tests. If a fighter fails a test they're either being dumb/careless with their cycles or their dealer gave them the wrong PEDs.

Really the only guy I would be pretty shocked to see get busted would probably be BJ and maybe the Diaz bros and Conor.

fitch, just cause of how adamantly he was against PEDs. I never suspected Silva, but Fitch was just kinda out of nowhere. Especially cause he was fighting lower competition, I expected him to not need it.
