Which UFC was in Cable Guy?

At about 7:16 (on netflix) there's a few glorious micro seconds of early UFC. Cable Guy came out in 1996. It looks like UFC 6 on the ground but I can't be sure.

Who are the guys fighting?

One guy with blue and black vale tudo (or just compression) shorts uppercutting a guy wearing a black tshirt and black shorts.
