Wendler said one of the reasons he chose Hill Sprints as his go-to conditioning method was growing up in Illinois, where Walter Payton is considered not so much a Football player as the Son of God Himself:)

It's not crazy at all. MMA is not a Strength Sport and thus strength training for a fighter is simply another form of GPP. Some fighters will spend more time under the bar than others, and some will have a natural talent for gaining strength. But in general terms expecting a Fighter to have a big Bench is like expecting a Powerlifter to know how to fight.

Why is it so crazy to expect someone to actually write in complete sentences and use punctuation?

Pudz best bench was 606 lbs. Shawn Jordan benched 610 which was the school record at LSU.

Please stop blaming leverages. Any person can reach huge numbers. Leverages only matter on the extreme elite levels. And pudz is not in that extreme strenght training anymore obviously.
