ruffles cheddar & sour cream

inb4 some hipster organic shit

but if we being really real...

pringles shits all over both...via actually filling their container with chips

Lay's are worthless for dipping, so I'm going with Ruffles.

I prefer ruffles but will take these lays over most

WTf is Kabocha. Or even a blue potato?

Kabocha squash is sometimes called buttercup squash, and it's what you'll hear called Japanese pumpkin. They're small, kinda gnarly, but extremely dense and rich. Probably the best flavour of any kind of squash I can think of - easy to sub in for sweet potato. If you're eating squash/pumpkin tempura in a Japanese restaurant, it's most likely this. They kick the living hell out of regular pumpkins for flavour and texture. Actually, regular pumpkins are pretty much shit as far as squash go. Make a pumpkin pie with almost any kind of squash other than acorn and it'll be noticeably better.

And blue potatoes... The name doesn't tip you off?

For reference....

You've probably seen them at the supermarket. Use them instead of pumpkin. Apart from having to compensate for how dense they are compared to regular pumpkin, they're quite a bit better.

Touché. Much like the term "dumbass" doesn't actually reference a stupid donkey, some people hear the term "blue potato" and assume it's not just talking about a blueish potato. You got me there.
