Leg snaps for me. The visual of a dangling bottom part of the leg connected only by skin and some ligaments is very visceral, and when you are watching it live, the sound of the snap and the cries of pain from toughened fighters just add to the disgust

Broken orbitals are awful, but you usually hear about that after.
