Which fighter kept fighting the longest after their prime ended?

It would seem many of the all time greats, perhaps from a generation or two past, have fought way past their primes.

Perhaps a money thing?

I love Shogun, but he’s been out of his prime for about 15 years now. I don’t even think he was still in his prime when he beat Machida.

Who was it?

Chuck?
Sakuraba?
Big Nog?
Cro Cop?

Someone else?
Baby J Penn

Sokoudjou’s prime was knocking out Lil Nog and Arona back to back.

He fought 32 more times after that lol.

Saku is really the only right answer to this should not have ever lost to Aoki or Miller

Crocop is on a 10 fight win streak

Anderson Silva. If he retired after the 2nd Weidman fight, he wouldn't have had all the drug controversy taint his legacy. Would be undisputed GOAT.
But then again he would've never lived out his dream to fight in boxing. Now the fight he's always wanted may happen, a fight with RJJ. He just got his biggest pay day in boxing and is lining up future boxing fights with legends. Would've never happened if he stopped fighting. Plus his accomplishments are still there, and nothing is going to change that. Unless another fighter is able to top his accomplishments he'll still be considered the GOAT to many people, especially in his division.

Idk the answer to TS but Erick Silva has fought his entire career outside of his prime

Conor

Oops...Toooo soon?

Definitely Tito; He should have stopped at cracked skull.

Last 10 fights in UFC: 2W - 7L - 1DScreenshot_20210621-233737.png
