I prefer flats because their the easiest to eat.

I buy boneless skinless chicken breasts at my local meat market. Each breast is one pound. I buy all of my meat there. Boneless pork chops, boneless sirloin, tenderloin and ground round. All the meat is from local farms.

I tend to get boneless chicken breasts at the store simply cause seasoning it and baking it is easier. If someone else was to make it then I’d take whichever as both are yummy.

The only chicken I ever buy is thighs that have both their bones and skin attached. Fuck that boneless, skinless shit.

Of course bone in and skin on is superior in flavor. I buy boneless skinless a lot due to convenience though.

Usually get a bag of frozen boneless, skinless breasts at costco. Sometimes i get whole bird for soup or smoking and butcher myself.

just not getting that this is really threadworthy I guess

Boneless, skinless, but with fried batter.

I like bone in. It’s typically less processed.

Boneless unless it's chicken wings

Boneless chicken breasts.

I don’t like picking things out of my chicken once I’ve put it in my mouth and I don’t like eating veins.

Girlfriend is Thai and she has the complete opposite opinion, but she fries the skin and makes these delicious cracklings with it...
