Which city has the best and most plentiful restaurants?

I may be biased since I live here, but my vote goes to Las Vegas. A lot of international culinary talent reside here and we have food from every single culture you can think of.

NYC metro because we are possibly the most diverse place on the planet Earth, and there is not much else for a poor immigrant slob to do but work in, and open some kind of eating establishment whether it by high class, cheap/low class, brick and mortar, or street cart.

Its either that, or laundry, taxi/limo/uber driver, handy man/day laborer/cleaning (for ladies), or open a bodega which is basically an eating establishment.

Gotta go with NYC, Miami a pretty distant 2nd. There are a ton of awesome southern BBQ places in SC and NC, but the best ones are in small towns with almost no other choices.
