However Conor's grappling is worst in relative to his division.

I think Holly's grappling skill is lower than Conor's but it can carry her because WMMA talent is lower than mens MMA.

Conor is much more skilled on the ground than Holly from what we've seen so far.

I don't think Holly works her BJJ much, if at all.

I think Ronda would tap Conor out 8/10 times though.

Holly has more heart, but I think McGregor has technically better Jiu Jitsu. He's a brown belt and I don't know what Holly's belt is, but i'd imagine it isn't very good.
