whey or protein blend for breakfeast?

hi i usually take a scoop of whey protein in my breakfeast oatmeal, but when i was shopping for supplements today i also picked up a bag of slow protein blend with 30% whey and 70%
casein protein.
so i was wondering if i should stick with the whey for my breakfeast of change to the slower one???
cause from what ive heard the body needs protein a.s.a.p. after wakening up,
 
One scoop of each and the problem is solved lol. I myself like to get both fast and slow digesting in my system in the morning.
 
I only use protein blends for supplementation with an exception for during and post workout. Even that seems to be controversial.
 
ok, ill try the blend, my only problem with it is that they only had rasberry taste, rasberry + oatmeal sounds like something thats will taste crap.
 
ok thanks for the link, but like ive said 2 times, ive already bought the stuff. and i live in sweden so ordering stuff from usa is out of the question. we have a preety broad line of stuff in the local shops.
 
Oatmeal and raspberry might not be that bad really man. If so at the oatmeal and drink the shake.
