Where would you put Cerrone all time at LW?

I feel like based off how often he fights & how many good guys he's beaten you have to have him in your top 10, although prob not top 5.
He has wins over Myles jury, Evan Dunham, Eddie Alvarez, edson barboza, Jim miller, guillard, Jeremy Stephens, & jamie Varner. A solid list of names, although it is lacking that big elite guy. Where would you put him?

I don't think he cracks the top ten, but probably makes top 15 and definitely top 20.

Although I feel you could easily argue a different order for 2-5.
