If it was in your top 10 of your biggest upsets, where would it place and what other upsets would be ahead of it?

Not that high TBH. Poirier's legit. Definitely underdog for good reason, but this isn't GSP Serra, Cro Cop Gonzaga or Forrest Shogun we're talking about.

This. Despite what the nut huggers seem to think, khabib is relatively unproven.

really hard to say. probably best to look back in hindsight.

although atm, i think dustin's only a 2-1 underdog, so i doubt it would make the top 10 upsets list.

It would be pretty big, but not top ten material of all time, by any means. Dustin has legit hands and power, and he is a solid contender with a nice resume.

Biggest issue here is the grappling, but that can be said in virtually every Khabib fight. I don't see Dustin being able to avoid Khabib mauling him, but he could well tag him and hurt him if he can remain standing for any decent amount of time.

Defeating any undefeated fighter is likely an upset especially someone as dominate as Khabib has been but Dustin is proving himself to be a legit threat, albeit an underdog, I dont expect big odds on him losing.

Definitely the biggest upset of the last several years. Only Rose making short work of Joanna might be bigger.

Not very high. Khabib obviously has incredible talent and anyone beating him would be an upset but Poirier truly has the better resume of wins between them IMHO

Low. He’s a great fighter that’s extremely well rounded. He isn’t some guy that relies solely on punching power, or a submission only sort of game.

Poirier is an underrated fighter around these parts. I give him a chance against anyone, including Khabib.

No very high. Poirier has been underrated for years.

well, gsp losing to serra, in my mind is the biggest upset. This would be an upset..but consider that dustin is a legit, top ranked guy...so how can that be a huge upset?

It would be much bigger if he hadn't beat Max first. Khabib also basically admitted Dustin has a good chance.

Just another upset, nothing special.
