Where to publicly watch the UFC?

I will be travelling to the US in September and would like to watch UFC 203 in some public venue. I have heard that BWW isn't too reliable and sometimes doesn't show the UFC when kids are around. Is there a restaurant or chain which will reliably show the event? Ideally, I'm looking for something where it's possible to make a reservation.

san francisco is weird because they are a large city but filled with super liberal progressives who hate major franchise chains. there's no BWW in san francisco but I remember from my time living in Berkeley that there are bars in SF that advertise UFC ppvs though I never went to watch one there
