Where should Khamzat and Usman be ranked at middleweight?

They should obviously be unranked. Khamzat hasn't beaten a top 20 MW, and Usman isn't even a MW. And neither looked good at 294. Reschedule Khamzat-Costa and feed Usman to Belal.
