Ukraine and Russia were not included on the list! Those two don't like each other at all. Trump is trying his best to bring about a peace deal between the two and yet after WW1 type warfare and casualties for years there seem little interest in peace.

That hate shaped the world until the 19 th century. Literally. And it was cultural, political, etc. That being said it was not hate the way greeks hate turks or arabs hate jews, as both elites looked up to one another.
