Where is Connor on the FW GOAT list?

FW GOAT debate is often between aldo vs holloway and now volk is moving into the picture.

But forgotten in all this was connors run. 7-0 with wins over aldo, holloway, mendes and porier.

The win against aldo was dec 2015. Is connor character just too big for the division?

His run was very good but he never defended. What he did as a FW was amazing. I think it was 5 finishes in a row to capture the title. He didn't do enough in the FW division to be considered greatest.

#4, and it's pretty definitive.

No argument for him to be higher than the obvious three above him, and no argument for anyone else to be ranked above him.

His FW tenure was relatively short, but at the end of the day, he steamrolled his way through the division and got the belt by unseating the longtime champion in the first exchange of their fight. 90% of Conor talk on Sherdog is hate, but his FW run to the top was nothing short of remarkable.
