You can buy that print (red and white checkered/Croatian flag) at any decent fabric shop. I made a pair of board shorts for a class and they turned out all right. If you really wanted them you could take the fabric to a tailor and tell them what you want but you'd pay a premium (tailors, at least in the US and UK) aint cheap.

On the plus side they would fit like a glove.
