When you think about it, DC was pretty close to winning.

DC put up a good fight, but I think he was decisively outclassed.
 
He put up a tough fight but losing 4-1 and getting taken down 2 times when that is his game was some what embarrassing
 
i dont think so. If you want to beat Jones a razor thin decision or crossing fingers wont work, the champ will get the nod. Jones needs to be finished or beaten to a pulp for 25 minutes to give up that belt. No other way around it.

Here's a cheat sheet for ya. Jones was at his best, meaning he wont be better than that. DC would get better.

His game plan of wearing down jones before doing takedowns was a decent idea but the incorrect one. Now he needs to do it again but mix it.

I think quite opposite: Corier did his best and Jon has a lot of room to iprove and getting better.
 
Your right. It was indeed close. Needed maybe 5% more effort in first.
